  Right out of the gate, our server was amazing.  Not only was she on top of everything but she gave us decisive recommendations and insisted that we will make this our regular spot.  She definitely has it pegged for our consideration in making this our date night haunt!
  
  The food is redunk!  So yummy and satisfying.  For dinner, my little nugget ordered a waffle and when it came out I got kind of jealous.  House made whipped cream, perfectly scented cinnamon batter and cooked to perfection.  My husband opted for the bacon bacon burger because he is convinced that the incredible smell that lured us into trying this place comes from the grill.  Well I have no idea what creates that smell but the burger was delicious.  I had order envy but it didn't last long because my man made that burger disappear!  And I opted for the tortilla soup which after the first bite, lead me back into being confident in my choice.  The soup was hearty, the broth rich with flavor and overall satisfying.  A soup that can take your attention away from a bacon bacon burger and a waffle is something to be in awe of.
  
  Most appreciate the décor but I find it slightly cold.  I understand the aesthetic and realize that the industrial ranch atmosphere is super cool right now but I like a more homey zone.  I can say that the light fixtures are cool and the layout is designed in a considerate way that keeps it feeling intimate and personal, which is great for a future date night!
  
  The only reason we won't be making this our regular spot is because the price is a little high however I do think it's worth it.  I had a skinny mojito and it was good, just not enough kick to pay $10 for another one.

  I went here this past Saturday evening with a group of 6 adults. We got seated and when the waitress arrived, she seemed disappointed that none of us were ordering alcohol. And she seemed to treat us poorly the rest of our time there. We ordered an appetizer and we all ordered separate meals and some added salads as well. My wife sent her empanadas back as they seemed to be out of a frozen box and put in the microwave. I ordered the "Dude"  which says it was a 16oz ribeye steak. When it came out I could tell that it wasn't a ribeye and after I made the first cut into it confirmed that there was no way it was a ribeye. Why lie about the menu?  If you're out of ribeyes, tell the customers that you sold out of them but that you have a big thick sirloin for 1/2 the price if they really want a steak.   There was a little grizzle on the one edge but zero marble through it and even with small bites cut off, was so chewy unlike ribeyes. We had been to the Puyallup location a couple of times based on a friends obsession with diners drive ins and dives so we were excited to see one coming to Maple Valley. At this point it is unlikely I would return or recommend it to anyone.

  I've been here a couple times now but last night will end my streak with this restaurant.
  
  Every time we've been here the food and service has been wonderful. I love the comfortable and spacious atmosphere and no issues with parking for us!
  
  Last night was horrible. We were at the bar and this lady(first name starts with an A) is talking about really inappropriate things with the customers sitting next to us and takes forever getting us drinks and food and it wasn't even busy! The thing that topped it off for us was she was super ignorant to us and making racist comments in our faces and thats when we just paid and left.
  
  Never have i had such an experience at ANY restaurant. We hope no one goes through what we went through!

  I have been reading good reviews about this restaurant from our Facebook community page and when my husband and I finally got the chance, we decided to check it out. And boy! The reviews were accurate; the place is cozy, staffs are friendly and accommodating and the food are sumptuous! We ordered "The Best Calamari" and it was really the best I've ever tasted, compliments to the Chef! We would definitely come back and probably watch Seahawks games there too!

  Finally! A good local Restaurant and Bar.  Ordered their calamari and Flagship Burger, both exceeded my expectations.
